Pricing FAQ

An agent seat is one registered AI agent in the Security Office β€” regardless of how often it's active. Agents in Pending or Quarantine status still count toward your seat limit. Revoked agents do not count.

Both are included in all plans. The Security Office handles agent governance β€” registration, badges, interviews, policies, automated deployment. The Edge Router handles enforcement β€” DNS, TLS inspection, native IPAM, DHCP, Andrew AI. Together they form the complete governance loop. You can start using governance without network enforcement, but DNS-level protection requires the Edge Router.

We offer a 30-day evaluation for qualified organizations. Contact us to request access β€” we'll set up a supported trial environment and walk through deployment with you.

Plans are billed monthly. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount β€” contact us for annual pricing. Enterprise terms are negotiated directly and can include annual, multi-year, and custom payment schedules.

Starter includes community support via documentation and community forums. Professional includes business hours email support (Mon–Fri, response within 24h). Enterprise includes dedicated support with defined SLAs.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact us to make any plan changes.
